Terms & Conditions

Booking and service terms for private dining and events with Chef's Table. Please read these conditions before confirming your reservation.

Deposits & payment schedule

To secure your event with Chef's Table, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 15 days prior to the event date.

Cancellations

Cancellation made within 7 days of the event will require full payment for all Chef's Table services. All cancellations made after the payment has been paid will result in forfeiture of the payment.

Additional services & charges

Any additional requests, including added menu items, increased staffing, extended service hours, or on-site adjustments will incur additional charges, which must be settled once agreed and before Chef's Table staff includes the service(s).

Venue, access & utilities

The client is responsible for ensuring the venue is accessible, safe, and equipped with all necessary utilities required for Chef's Table operations.

Equipment, conduct & staff safety

Any damage to Chef's Table's equipment, tools, or property caused by the guest(s), the venue, or external factors will be charged to the client. Chef's Table staff maintain the right to discontinue service if faced with unsafe conditions, harassment, or any behavior that compromises staff safety or service integrity.

Force majeure & rescheduling

Chef's Table is not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond their control — including weather conditions, emergencies, or government restrictions. In such cases, deposits may be transferred to a further date based on availability.
